Vicki Sue Hopper
Vicki Sue Hopper a kind loving spirit filled mother wife grandmother sister daughter and friend to hundreds. The lives she touched with her spirit and love is countless as is the number of people devastated by her loss to early. The disease is relentless it removes the most precious things primarily memories of loved ones and events that created such happiness in life. In Vicki’s case the loss of reading and writing came quickly but she managed to disguise it with the help of technology. Unfortunately, the loss of memory removed her ability to prepare meals and bake for the family she so dearly loves to watch eat and visit in her kitchen. This is only a snapshot of the beautiful soul that was taken at 62 by Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy (CAA). Diagnosed in 2016-2017 suffering multiple hemorrhagic strokes over 5 years the relentless awful disease took her August 27, 2021.

Our mission is to help bring awareness of the disease along with providing support to families and patients diagnosed or searching for answers to common symptoms of Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy. All the funds raised will provide resources to end the disease and establish a free hotline resource that connects people to information.
We are not a professional corporation only a family that wishes to honor Vicki’s life and memory. Anyone that had the opportunity to know her would tell you she always put others first it is our hope that you will help us support the leading research as well as education. Psychological support from those of us that have witnessed the devastation and loss that this awful disease creates. We will continue to add information and links to resources along with extended stories from family and friends to allow additional personal insight about the spectacular soul that was taken way to soon.
